• I have dedicated the remainder of my life to ministry; specifically the growth of the Church (Acts 16:5).
    • I am the Executive Director, Missionary & President of Building Hope Ministries (BHM), a 501c3 non-profit organization primarily involved in South Asia.  BHM also supports two missionaries in the United States, our local food pantry in Bowie, MD, special needs, disaster relief, and various ministry projects.  Funds are used to support those in need (Gal. 6:10).
    • Contributions to Michael Callahan Ministries (MCM) help to support my family and the mission of MCM.  With that said, as I strongly believe that working is biblical (Acts 18:3), I am an ordained minister and actively seek opportunities to serve local, regional, and international churches in the areas of their need.
    • I envision devoting many hours to BHM on a weekly basis, leading worship, preaching, conducting missions and/or worship seminars, guest speaking at Christian school chapels and retreats, leading Bible studies both domestically and internationally (in person or via Zoom), helping the Church draft missions policies, and writing Christian materials (Eph. 4:11-12).
    • Jesus is our hope for salvation.  The Church, physical building or not and where Christ can be found, is the hope for the world.  My passion is to assist the Church in her growth while I still have breath (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8).

Dreams

Dreams

Come and See

Come and See

Psalm 66:5 (NLT) Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles He performs for His people.  The Triune God whom I serve; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit is indeed a miraculous God.  Perhaps we serve the same God.  I pray we do.  We...

Denying Christ

Denying Christ

Matthew 26:75 (NKJV) And Peter remembered the word of Jesus who had said to him, “Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.”  So he went out and wept bitterly.  There are many key events to remember on Maundy Thursday.  This was a very emotional day. ...
